Factorise 2x^2-7x+5

Explanation:

2x^2-7x+5

2x^2-2x-5x+5

2x(x-1)-5(x-1)

(2x-5)(x-1)

2x-5 =0 or x-1 =0

2x=5 x=1

x=5/2

Therefore either x =5/2 or x=1
