if the minus is inside of the root it is undefined but if it's outside then it will become -2√5

1, 20

2, 10

4, 5

Then factor them once again:

2, 2, 5

After this, you get that √20= √2*√2*√5. With this, combine the two √2 to get 2 *√5. Lastly bring back the imaginary letter i, to get 2i√5.
