Narcisstic abuse

My ex was with me for a year. She was very nice and intimate at first, then after a few months she abused me very badly with many games. She was abused growing up and neglected.

She said she loved me but never did. She would always talk about how attractive she was and always seek attention.

She left me. It was never real?

many people that were abused in the past never learn HOW they were abused so they never realize that their actions are the same as their abuser in many ways. but i’m sure she did love you, but sometimes love dwindles over time
