To get the triangles, we can subtract 15-8 to get 7, which is the base of 1 triangle. 7*6/2 to get the area of one triangle is 21. Since there are 4 triangles 21*4 = 84

The area of the hexagon is 180ft^2.

If it's asking for one of the trapezoid it is 90ft^2
