I met my best friend this way! I guess it comes down to all the small things, like the situation, your surroundings, etc. We were both in the office for detention when we heard the principal answer a phone call from his mom. She was yelling at him from the other end, and both of us cracked up further increasing our detention time. People can connect when they both feel the same emotions. So, to simplify, I instantly clicked with my best friend over something we both thought was funny.
