I step out of bed and fall gently to the floor-- as I always seem to forget, gravity is different on this new planet, and everything is upside down. I look out the window, and there's acid rain again.
Normally, this would burn my skin, but I've thankfully built up an immunity since moving here. Food isn't necessary on this planet, as we all recharge through mental energy.
Most of the people I've met so far have moved here from lesser-known, nothing planets such as Earth, just like me. I go to bed. Maybe I'll visit a different galaxy tomorrow.
