b = 5, \: g = 3, \: r = 8

total = 5 + 3 + 8 = 16

p(b) = (5)/(16)

p(g |without \: replacement|) = (3)/(16 - 1) = (3)/(15) = (1)/(5) \\

p(b \: and \: g) = (5)/(16) * (1)/(5) = (1)/(16)
