As a character, Victor Frankenstein has many flaws. Shelley wrote him this way purposefully. What character flaws do you see in Victor, and how do these lead to/cause the problems he faces?

Frankenstein has many moments of realization, among which he acknowledges that he is responsible for his creation and is at fault.
