How did the Magna Carta change the relationship between the people and their king?

Answer:

It transformed England, language and culture would never be the same. It was a promise between the king and his subjects , it gave basic rights to all people and established laws that had to be abided by all people (even the king), it gave right to trial, rule by law, a voice in the law and taxes.
