Answer: C (The Last One)

Explanation:

The answers correct because, If the range and median is 13 that means that the highest and lowest point equal 13 and the middle/the line in the graphs should be on 13. A doesn't have the line/median on 13 so it is not that answer. But B and C have the line/median on the line so we just have to check the range. The range of B is: 9, The range of C is: 13. So based off that we know that the answer is C.
