Temperatures for baker city are;

49, 46, 43, 55, 53, 50, 61

Temperatures for felina are;

48, 54, 54, 58, 62, 63, 67

Thus;

Mean temperature of baker city = (49 + 46 + 43 + 55 + 53 + 50 + 61)/7 = 51°F

Mean temperature of Felina = (48 + 54 + 54 + 58 + 62 + 63 + 67)/7 = 58°F

Thus, difference between the 2 mean = 58°F - 51°F = 7.0°F
