Explanation:

The easiest-to-graph form is the slope-intercept form. Convert all equations to that form

3x + y = 6

y = -3x + 6 (move 3x)

To graph this, get the y-intercept, just take the b value of the equation (6)

The slope is -3, which is also the coefficient of x. So each time you move 1 over in the x-axis, the y axis drops by 3.

2x + 3 = 4 (this is a vertical line)

2x = 1

x = 1/2

To graph this, just draw a vertical line where x is 1/2

After graphing both equations, the point where the 2 lines intersect is the solution.
