=
(13)/(4) + (8)/(3) + (23)/(4)

$=((13*3)+(8*4)+(23*3))/(12) \\\\=(39 + 32 + 69)/(12) \\\\=(140)/(12)\\\\=(35)/(3)\\\\ = 11(2)/(3)lbs$
