The reason why it is said that they have said that it has no place is that it won't allow someone to get the education that is needed to move on into society that way they could support themselves and not having to be feeding off someone elses money or even worse, end up homeless. As that was said, someone may have gotten suspended for someone else's doing's and could lose everything, Might go as far as ending up with an orphanage if you really think about it..
