Guys this is serious i need help seriously i don't understand whats going on maybe some can help?

so like 10 minutes ago these 3 people came to my door and i'm home alone my parents went on a rush to leave i don't know why but 3 people came to my door 1 female 2 male (i don't know their pronouns don't hate on me) anyways the female asked "where are your parents" i said " i don't know i'm home alone right now" they said "Okay we will be back later" and they left the woman was wearing this white collared shirt with these kinda police printings but she wasn't the police i don't know if its child services or just random people but can you please help ill give you more info if needed.
