Answer: The Answer is 6 weeks

Explanation:

Because if you go into a calculator and do 125*0.96^ and do a random number after that it will start decreasing and you want to get the lowest number so he can get the coat as soon as he can and I got 6 because 125*0.96^6= 97.8
