One thing I would do to protect a employee is first see where they are coming from in order to find a sulution to the problem. This is where I am able to protect an employee who was reported from a co-worker violation. It is every important to be honest with your self and those around you, because more and more people will begin to trust you making them have your loyalty and theirs.
