Answer:

b horizontal shift left 5

Explanation:

Whenever you have an equation in the form of (x+b)

It shifts b units to the left.

Whenever you have an equation in the form of (x-b)

It shifts b units to the right.

In this case, we have (x+5)^2

We don't have to worry about the squared term as it won't affect b.

So we just move 5 to the left.
