Why might eating a variety of foods help to get the nutrients that we need? NEED ANSWER

Eating a rainbow of fruits and vegetables is important because they provide a variety of nutrients. Make a list of all of the fruits and vegetables you can think of in each colour.
Also, the colours are red, orange/yellow, blue/purple, green, and brown/white.
