3( (3)/(2) ) - (1)/(2)

  • Open the brackets and multiply 3 with the fraction (which was in brackets)


= > (3 * 3)/(2) - (1)/(2)


= > (9)/(2) - ( 1)/(2)

  • LCM of both denominators will be 2. So , when both the fractions will be substracted , their dofference will have denominator 2 & the numerator will get substracted (i.e. 9 - 1)


= > (9 - 1)/(2)


= > (8)/(2)


= > 4
