I believe replication would not be possible, therefore the DNA would cease to help recreate cells which are essential to the human body.

This question by far is highly interesting, in fact it is very controversial too. However, with the sudden beginning of an actual hydrogen bond forming within nitrogenous bases, then replication would not be possible. This is so because replication relies only on nitrogenous bases rather than hydrogenous bonds. Therefore, resulting in a possible defect in the process of replicating to occur. However, if possible, I believe there might be even a chance of a mutation to occur, yet that is highly rare given the stance that the DNA molecule would not be able to pretty much do anything if that were to occur.
