The answer would be D 95.8.

You have to use the Pythagorean theorem to find the missing side length
So it would be 10 squared plus 12 squared equals 15.62
Then you double it because of the two top side lengths
Then you use the Pythagorean theorem for the bottom

12 squared plus 30 squared which equals 32.31
And you double that as well

31.24 plus 64.62 equals 95.86 and you just round to 95.8
