ok so tommorow is the ast day of school and im scared im not doing so good and i need some confidence

Well I would say the best thing to do is if your doing something like a test or something then I would get ready for it the day before like study or gather everything you need for that day. Or if this has something to do with like anxiety you can take an hour or two to calm down and refresh, like distracting yourself from it. But I hope you feel better soon and I hope this helps <3
