Answer:

they intersect each other at (6,0)

Step-by-step explanation:

\sf x + 6y = 6

\sf y = (1)/(3) x-2

insert equation 2 into 1

\sf x + 6((1)/(3) x-2) = 6

\sf x + 2x - 12 = 6

\sf 3x- 12 = 6

\sf 3x = 6+12

\sf 3x = 18

\sf x = 6

Find y:

\sf y = (1)/(3) (6)-2

\sf y =2-2

\sf y = 0

Note: the blue line is
\sf y = (1)/(3) x-2 and red line is
\sf x + 6y = 6
