So the formula for slope is y2-y1/x2-x1

In (-3,-2) )-7,-16), -3 is x1, -2 is y1, -7 is x2, and -16 is y2.

Now, you need to fill in the formula with these numbers.

-16-2/-7- - 3

-16-2 is -18

-7- - 3 is -4 (two negatives make a positive)

This makes -18/-4. Divide this to get 4.5.
