Dependent; the first marble selection will affect the second marble selection. option B

Is the order important here?

For instance, if there are 9 blue balls in a bag and the first blue ball is picked without replacement

= 1/9

If the second ball is picked, it becomes 2/8, that is, the total ball in the bag excluding one picked without replacement (9 - 1) = 0

Therefore, the order is important.
