I don't get what they're asking me here :(

"Take a close look at the times that you have given of yourself. How did you feel when you were giving? Human services workers give of themselves on a daily basis. Many of the qualities behind the actions of giving on your list reflect the qualities of human services workers. What qualities do you think can make a good human services worker?"

So in simple terms a human services work is someone who helps aid people without homes meet basic needs such as food,clean water, or a temporary home! And what traits would you need in order to be a good human services worker. Some examples would be empathy, Communication, active listening, critical thinking, patience, emotion intelligence, time management, self-awareness, social skills collaboration, cooperation and teamwork!

Basically, what they are asking is to reflect on your traits that you have that may imply that you can work with Human services (may it be excellent social skills, or whatever that case may be) hope this helped(:
