Explanation:

Bag one: 4 red + 3 blue = 7 total

Bag two: 7 green + 6 yellow = 13 total

probability of picking blue from first bag: 3/7

probability of picking yellow from second bag: 6/13

3/7*6/13 = 18/91 or about 0.2 chance
