okay so first we need to cancel one of the variables out. so multiple the top by 6 and the bottom by 5

-30x+30y=-60
30x+25y=5

cancel out x

30y=-60
25y=5

55y=-55
y=-1

now plug in y into one of the equations and solve for x.

6x+5(-1)=1
6x-5=1
