The number 44 is multiplied by a 44-digit number that contains only ones. What is the sum of the digits of the product?

Answer:

352.

Explanation:

The product will have 45 digits, the fisrt and last digit will be 4 and the middle 43 will be 8.

So the sum = 2*4 + 43*8

= 352.
