Let's start with the easy one, x is greater than or equal to 3. We can find that line on the graph pretty easily (x = 3). Since x has to be greater than 3, we can narrow our choices down to either B or D.

Now the next inequality. How about we put it in slope intercept form so we can understand it better? Simplifying, we get

y is less than or equal to 1/3x - 1

We know this line is the other line on the graph, and since y has to be less than that line, we know that that inequality narrows it down to either C or D.

Since D appears in both inequalities, we now know the answer is D.
