The equation for a whole sphere is 4/3 π(r)³

Given the diameter of 42, we can conclude that the radius would be 21

Next, we would plug in these variables and get 4/3 π(21)³

Simplify all of this down and you would get 12348π

Keep in mind that we are working with a hemisphere. That means that we need to take half of 12348π

Divide that by 2 and you get 6174π
