G(x) = 12 * [3/4]^x
Evaluating if x was 0, anything to the power of x equals 1, which multiplied by 12 gives twelve. Evaluating for x = 1, 3/4 to the power of 1 gives 3/4, which multiplied by 12 gives 9.
