4 = Y = 2x + 4

5 = Y = x - 4

6 = Y = 3 - x

7 = Y = -3/2x + 3 or -1.5x + 3

Explanation:

So the starting value, or where x is 0, is the y intercept. You take that y value and just put the number there. The slope though is the growth in units by every x unit to the right. So we can measure with 1 unit how high the line goes, like for instance 4 you can see goes from -1 to 0 with y values of 2 to 4, which means the slope is 2. You've already done this, so I bet you know what you're doing. The y intercept of 4 is 4 because when y = 0, the point on the line is (0, 4)
