h = -b/2a = -10/2(1) = -5

k = f(-5) = (-5)^2 + 10(-5) + 24

f(-3) = (-3)^2 + 10(-3) + 24

= 9 - 30 + 24 = 3

So, (-3, 3) is a point on the parabola.
