We can see that heat is added on the left side of the reaction, which means that the reaction required heat to take place and is endothermic

because the reaction is endothermic, (absorbs heat to proceed), more heat will shift it towards the product side

because there is an equal number of gaseous moles on both the sides, a change in pressure or volume won't affect the equilibrium
