In a bag of 100 balloons, 12 are red and 13. and green.What fraction of the balloons in the bag are not red or green?

\rightarrowTotal number of red and green balloons
\sf{= 12+13}


\sf{= 25}


\rightarrowFraction of both green and red balloons
\sf{= (25)/(100)}


\sf{= (1)/(4)}


\rightarrowFraction of not green and red balloons
\sf{=\:1- (1)/(4)}


\sf{= (3)/(4)}


\rightarrow Therefore, fraction of not green and red balloons
\sf{= (3)/(4)}
