Worry is like a
rocking chair:
it gives you something
to do but never gets
you anywhere

It means that Like a rocking chair it goes back and forth, worrying is like that, if you worry to much it doesn’t get you no where it just makes you face more problems. Worrying to much doesn’t help the problem but makes it worse
