Explanation:
15/3= 5
So 5+2/3x7
Then 2/3 x 7=14/3 = 4 2/3
So 5+4 2/3
Which equals 9 2/3
PEMDAS multiply everything first then add

Explanation:

15 ÷ 3 is 5

5 × 7 is 35

35 ⅔
