Assume you have five candidates for recruitment and their scores on interview and job knowledge test is below. The interview is measured on scale of 1-25 points and job knowledge is measured on a scale of 1-100 points. Based on the scores of these two tests for the five candidates, who would you select as a finalist. Please note that you need to use the method we used in class to find out the finalist for selection. Describe the answer with the appropriate calculations as we did in the exercise in class.

Answer : Select Sally because she has the highest Test score

For Franck :

Interview score / 25 = 14 / 25 = 0.56

Job knowledge score = 89 /100 = 0.89

Test score = 0.56 + 0.89 = 1.45

For Sally

interview score = 21 / 25 = 0.84

Jon knowledge = 77 / 100 = 0.77

Test score = 0.84 + 0.77 = 1.62 ( Highest test score )

Repeat the same procedure for Lilly , Peter and Jordyn

Lily test score = 1.55

Peter test score = 1.5
