Answer:

3^(-3) ÷
3^(4)

Explanation:

When pulged into a calculator:

3^(3) ÷
3^(-4) = 2187

When your options are pulged in you get this:

3^(-3) ÷
3^(4) =
(1)/(2187)

3^(3) ·
3^(4) = 2187

3^(7) ÷
3^0 = 2187

3 ·
3^6 = 2187

because
3^(-3) ÷
3^(4) doesn't equal 2187 that is your answer.
