x² + y² - 8x -14y - 105 = 0

Explanation:

The centre of the circle is (-7,0) and the radius is (4,7) . Firstly let's find the radius using Distance formula .

=> D = √{ (-7-4)²+(0-7)²}

=> D = √ 11² + 7²

=> D = √ 121 +49

=> D = 170

Now using the standard equation of circle ⭕ ,

=> ( x - h)²+(y-k)² = r²

=> ( x - 4)²+(y-7)²= (√170)²

=> x² + 16 -8x + y² + 49 -14y = 170

=> x² + y² -8x -14y = 170 -65

=> + - 8x -14y - 105 = 0

Hence the equation of circle is x² + y² - 8x -14y - 105 = 0 .
