(\mathrm dy)/(\mathrm dx)=3(-3x^5+1)^2(\mathrm d[-3x^5+1])/(\mathrm dx)=3(-3x^5+1)^2(-15x^4)=\boxed{-45x^4(1-3x^5)^2}
