x < -5 or x > 2 , and because or can be in either, doesn't and literally can't be in both

Explanation:

When you simplify 2x-2>12, it's like an algebra problem where you just add 2 to both sides and then divide by 2. Same for 2x+3>7, except you subtract 3 and then divide by 2
