Hitler was a natural speaker and he was very charisimic which allowed him to gain support in the National Germans workers party and their name changed to The Socialist Germans workers party and was growing in popularity due to problems with the German government at the time hitler also intimidated his political opponents using the storm troopers and brown shirts and then got appointed chancellor and the president of Germany died allowing hitler through indimitdation and charisma to pass the enabling act through parliament and then became a dictator sorry this answer was rushed ): but I hope it helps (:
