4 to the 9th power over 4 to the 5th power DIVIDE but It is NOT 256 or whatever it is dividing powers PLEASE HELPPP

4^5 i think.

Explanation:

When dividing numbers with powers/exponents you are going to subtract the exponents if they have the same base which in this case is 4. So you subtract 9-5 and you get 4 so I think it's 4 to the 5th power.
