Given:

The equation of the parabola is:

y=x^2+6x

To find:

The y-intercept of the parabola.

Solution:

We have,

y=x^2+6x

Putting
x=0 in the given equation, we get

y=(0)^2+6(0)

y=0+0

y=0

Therefore, the y-intercept of the parabola is 0. It means the y-intercept of the given parabola is at point (0,0).
