Just to clarify, does "Hasta luego" mean "Goodbye" or "See you later" ???

Or does it mean "Goodbye" AND "See you later"

it means see you later. adios means goodbye

The exact translation of "Hasta luego" is "See you later"

But you can use it as a way of saying "Goodbye"
