where l is the length and w is the width of the rectangle. If the

Answer:

l=155cm

Explanation:

Given the following question:

P=2(l+w)

P=400cm

w=45cm

In order to find the length of the given rectangle complete the following steps.

400/2=200

200-45=155

l=155cm

Check your work:

P=2(l+w)

l=155

w=45

P=2(155+45)

155+45=200

2*200

2*200=400

p=400cm

Hope this helps.
