In a parallelogram the opposite angles are congruent , then

2p - 50 = p + 10 ( subtract p from both sides )

p - 50 = 10 ( add 50 to both sides )

p = 60

Then

∠ E = ∠ I = p + 10 = 60 + 10 = 70°

consecutive angles sum to 180° , so

∠ L = ∠ K = 180° - 70° = 110°
